Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products (see below for eligibility) postmarked back to us within 10 days of receipt.

Refunds will be processed by K’ryssma within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your return. Please note that financial institutions typically process refunded payments within 3 to 9 business days of initiation, so there may be an additional delay from your bank before funds are returned to your account.

Types of Refunds & Exchanges:

Product Quality Issues - Full refund

Non Product Quality Issues - Partial refund (25% restock fee will be charged) Exchange – Free exchange for eligible products (see below for eligibility)

Eligible Products:

In order for a return to be accepted, the product must be in original factory condition: unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no odor or signs of wear or styling product, tags attached, and in original packaging. Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receiving your original order.

Ineligible Products:

Products will not be accepted for return if they are: worn or containing any signs of wear including odor or styling product, damaged or in damaged packaging, discontinued products, closeout items, or last call items. Ineligible products received by K'ryssma Wigs will be returned to you at your cost.

Note:

We provide a complimentary wig cap in each shipment for hygienic purposes. This helps to maintain the product’s eligibility for return. In the event you return any wigs, please keep the cap as a gift from us to you.
